The leaves ares cleaned with mineral water, then with 100 to 150 ppm chlorine water, washed again with mineral water twice and immediately squeezed in a five double roller, squeezing machine attached with conveyer belt and motor drive. The machine is fed manually by laborers, again taking precautions to avoid contamination OR putrefaction. The machine extracts 2000 to 3000 liters of Juice in 12 hours, which is clean, white clear. The Juice is preserved by adding F D A approved Preservatives. Leaves and residues are dried in an oven at lower temperature.
